I’ve used grime fighter’s services twice so far and both times have been exceptional. First time, I needed to have a wool sofa and hand made rug cleaned so have found them through the professional cleaning woolmark approved list from the supplier. They did such an amazing job. They didn’t rush the process and made sure it was cleaned meticulously. Second time, I’ve moved houses and had the carpet and upholstery cleaned. Everything came up fresh and like new again! This time I also had an outdoor lounge which we thought might need to be reupholstered but the cleaning came up so good it wasn’t needed. Leigh & Kura are both really pleasant. I’m pleased to have found a company that takes pride in their services and happy to recommend them.

With a sick dog taking toxic meds for over 4 years and a puppy who took a while to toilet train, my wool carpets were in a bad way. I'd tried other franchise carpet cleaners and used the machine & chemicals from my local supermarket. But, within a few days, both the stains and smell were back.Leigh & Kura spent an entire day treating every spot and applying multiple treatments. They are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and hard working and the end result is excellent. The smell has gone and old stains are significantly lighter. Best of all, the carpet is lovely and soft to walk on again.One Tip: if you need Grime Fighters heavy duty treatment which includes saturating the carpet to remove the smell and dirt from the underlay, don't put the furniture or rugs back immediately. Open windows and place a fan on the carpet, moving it around every few hours. It did take several days to dry properly but was totally worth it.

Koura and her Grimefighting team are absolutely AMAZING! I found her page after searching for an accredited Woolsafe carpet cleaner to service Dandenong and from the first phonecall right through to the end results she showed incredible professionalism and customer care every step of the way. They went over and beyond the expected job for a carpet cleaner, and it is clear that they take extreme pride in the results they deliver. For a 25 year old carpet that had never been professionally cleaned, with heavy traffic dirt that I thought would not come out, to have them now looking like brand new, Koura has saved us $5-10K in renovation costs, and it is an understatement to say I am over the moon. I highly recommend Koura and her team for anyone wanting a reliable, professional carpet clean with brilliant results.

Grime Fighters did a wonderful job of cleaning our lounge suite, including taking a lot of trouble to remove a red wine spill on both the furniture and the carpet. I would recommend them 100%!
